I offer the following base packages that are suitable for most families.

My trust package starts at $2,500 and includes the following documents:

• Revocable trust
• Trust Summary
• Funding Instructions
• Certificate of Trust
• Name and Fiduciary Summary
• 2 Wills
• 2 Power of Attorneys
• 2 Advance Health Care Directives
• 2 Personal Property Memorandums
• 2 Memorial Instructions
• 2 Assignments of Personal Property
• 1 Warranty Deed to transfer property

Extensive customization or more complicated features will incur additional charges. The preparation and filing of additional deeds will also incur additional charges.

My will package is $1,000 and includes the following documents:

• 2 Wills
• 2 Power of Attorneys
• 2 Advance Health Care Directives
• 2 Personal Property Memorandums
• 2 Memorial Instructions

A discount of 15% is offered for teachers, first responders, and active or retired military.

I offer two options for uncontested probate matters:

Option 1: I charge an hourly rate of $300 for my time spent working on your case.

Option 2: I charge a flat fee of $2,000 that covers all necessary work to get a signed order appointing you as personal representative and dealing with creditors. If your case becomes contested and litigation is required, additional fees will be charged.

I offer two options for uncontested guardianship matters:

Option 1: I charge an hourly rate of $300 for my time spent working on your case.

Option 2: I charge a flat fee of $3,000 that covers all necessary work to get a signed order appointing you as a guardian and conservator. If your case becomes contested and litigation is required, additional fees will be charged. If you need me to represent an incapacitated person, I charge a flat fee of $1,000 dollars.

All payments are due before I begin work on a case. Flat fees include court costs and other expenses.
